Subscriptions, Paid Services and Cancellations

Subscriptions are payments by You to Steal-Life.com that help us to defray the costs of the Site. Subscribers may be, and currently are, provided with a bundle of privileges and services on the Site during the term of the subscription, which are superior to the privileges and services of non-Subscribers. The site reserves the right to eliminate or alter the bundle of privileges and services pertaining to subscriber status at any time, without notice. If you object to these changes you may have a refund of Your Subscription payment, pro-rated for the time remaining in the subscription period, and that is your sole remedy. Your subscription payment creates no implied contract on the part of Steal-Life.com to maintain the content, services, and features of the Site as they were at the time you subscribed, or to maintain the privileges, services, and Site features of those classes. Nor does it limit Steal-Life.com editorial and curatorial control of the Site in any way. We reserve the right to deny You access to the Site, notwithstanding your subscriber status, for the same reasons that we may deny access to non-subscribers, at our discretion. If you elect to become a Steal-Life member, you agree to pay all charges for Steal-Life membership at the prices set forth on the Steal-Life site and upon the terms set forth on that site and in this Agreement. All charges are inclusive of any value added tax ("VAT"), sales tax or other taxes, except as required by applicable law. Steal-Life reserves the right to change prices or to institute new charges for Steal-Life or any portion of Steal-Life at any time, upon prior notice. Price changes and institution of new charges implemented during your membership period will apply to subsequent membership periods and to all new Steal-Life users after the effective date of the change. All pricing changes will be posted on the Steal-Life site, and such posting shall be considered sufficient notice to you of such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing pricing information as posted so that you have notice of such changes. Your continued use of Steal-Life, or your failure to terminate your membership, after any such changes are posted (or effective) will constitute your acceptance of the prices for subsequent membership periods. Steal-Life will charge the annual Lifer membership fee, and any fees for additional Steal-Life features or services, to the credit card account provided by you. You also agree that Steal-Life may automatically charge your credit card for renewal of your membership without further authorisation from you, unless and until you provide Steal-Life with at least five (5) days prior notice that you do not wish to renew your membership to Steal-Life or that you wish to change your previously designated credit card account. You may provide notice that you do not wish to renew your Steal-Life membership by clicking here. If payment is not received by Steal-Life from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due from you for your Steal-Life membership, upon demand by Steal-Life. On an annual basis, you will receive an email to your registered email address about 30 days prior to the anniversary of your membership. The email will remind you that the credit card you used for your original membership will be billed on the anniversary date. If you do not elect to renew your membership, all Content you have created and stored on Steal-Life will be deleted at the expiration of your membership period. In the example of a Lifer membership expiry, you will revert to Stealer status, thereby losing access to your previously uploaded slideshow material. Steal-Life will accept cancellations of your membership (and any "add-on" service) within the first thirty (30) days of your annual membership, and you will receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that annual membership period. Applicable local law may vary this policy.

Registration and Password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your personal information and password. You are responsible for all uses of Your registration, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify Steal-Life.com of any unauthorized use of Your registration or password.

Site Security Rules
